Why is my candle sweating?

Soy wax is a natural product with no additives! in the warmer weather natural soy will sweat a little bit. wont damage the candle or the burn! just put it in a cool dark place or your fridge to help avoid this.

Why is my candle changing colour?

if youve ordered a candle thats vanilla and its sitting in the sunlight, the vanillarin in the candle will turn a little yellow. nothing wrong with the candle at all, the candle will still burn and set perfectly

Why is my candle tunneling?

candles have a memory, you need to make sure that you burn your large candle for 3-4 hours, your X-Large candle for 4 hoursand your Jumbo candle for 3-4 hours! if you dont burn them for long enough youll get a build up of wax and you wont get the proper burn time!

Why do I have black smoke around my candle?

when this happens its due to a build up of the wick. we reccomend purchasing some wick cutters to make sure that the wick is always the perfect legnth

When should I stop burning my candle?

when there is roughly 1cm left of wax. please stop burning it! burn it anymore, it'll explode and we dont want that happening

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at cn.kyriakidis@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if we've run out of the product, we will contact you if this is the case to offer you an option. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within Australia will be delivered within four to ten days, depending on your order, if its a custom gift box this will be around seven - ten days before shipment. We'll provide you will tracking so you can keep up with where they are!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the items you’ve ordered as our products are all different weight. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online through Aus Post
